Director Lacey, in his 2nd year at the PRC, has been involved with rowing for the last 22 years. Prior to his time at Pocock, Lacey was the Director for the Everett Rowing Association, and has coached for the Lakeside School, Green Lake Crew, and the Everett Rowing Association. Office Manager/Varsity Men's Coach Hopper, a graduate of Gonzaga, is new to the Center as of 2010. Hopper has coached at the Collegiate, Junior, and Club level for the last 8 years and is in charge of day to day routines of the PRC office. Varsity Girls A coach of the Varsity girls team, High Performance team, and various other groups, Steve also offers private coaching. A graduate of Boston College, Coach Dani has coached National Championship Jr. crews and most recently worked for the US National Team coaching the 2009 Lightweight Women's 4x- to a bronze medal at the World Championships. Intermediates and LTR Margaret has been rowing since her freshman year in college when she thought she was joining the soccer team but they put everyone in boats instead. She rowed varsity for four years and started again as a masters rower in Seattle, for a grand total of 23 years of rowing, 12 years of coaching and two years as a referee. She has coached both sweep and sculling at clubs all over the Pacific Northwest and British Columbia, as well as at the Craftsbury Center in Vermont. margaret@pocockrowingcenter.org |

Intermediates and LTR Louisa began rowing competitively in high school in 1986, and rowed four years on the Cornell varsity. A member of the US National Team in 1993, she has been a coach for the past ten years working with rowers at every level of ability in both sweep and sculling. PRC Men Martin Rogulja has been rowing for 14 years. He rowed for Croatian Junior, Under 23, and Senior team. A graduate of University of Washington (2005), he rowed for Huskies and won both Pac10 and National championship events.  Martin also holds a masters degree in Economic Development from London School of Economics. He has coached all levels of rowing, from learn to row and intermediates, to Juniors and Masters men and women. His focus is mostly on sweep rowing, but also offers private rowing sessions for competitive scullers who wish to brush up on their technique. martin@pocockrowingcenter.org |
